One last check to make sure that all of the bolts are tight. The engine is in and the rear cage is back in place.
Man I can't wait to hear this thing run again. I think body parts are next.

I’ve checked and rechecked that the bolts are tight and that I’ve not forgotten anything else. I guess the engine is next. I’m a little reluctant to put the engine back in at this point because the clutch has not been changed. This is another corner that I tried to cut that would later prove to be a mistake and the engine would have to be removed again to change it. So much for saving money. The biggest problem with having to pull the engine later was the fact that in order to pull it, the upholstery has to come out of the car and the bed has to come back off, all without scratching the paint. But I had to try to save money where I could.

With the engine in I could bolt the engine cage back on. Everything is looking good and I was getting even more excited about finishing the roadster.
